Help define the social media strategy and its related content through weekly brainstorming sessions

I was responsible for answering Steam players with a focus on negative reviews by helping them regarding technical issues and forwarding them important information from the game development team.

Within two months, we were able to recover from a 26% mostly negative review score at launch to 60% by answering to more than 3,000 reviews.
