Social media management and community management for Gamers Assembly 2025, an annual event created by the French organisation FuturoLAN.‏‎ ‎My main tasks included handling the social media calendar, creating content to promote the event before it goes live and on-site, managing a team of volunteers from both graphic and community management teams, managing partnerships with key partners, brands and content creators, and interacting with the community on X, Facebook, Instagram and Discord.‏‎

About Gamers Assembly

Gamers Assembly is an annual LAN party founded in 2000 in France. It brings together some of the world’s top teams to compete in PC and console video games specifically designed or adapted for competitive play.

Social media management

Define the content and editorial planning for each channel and manage communities: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Discord

Community management

Engage in daily conversations with the community, partners and key esport organisations participating in the event

Content creation

Work with the Creative team, partners and content creators to develop and plan strategic content: social media assets, articles, contests…

Partner relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and content creators, and ensure the execution of all contractual obligations and deliverables

Paid media

Manage a budget to meet engagement and acquisition objectives and support the team for paid campaigns on Facebook

Data analysis

Measure how social media content is performing and provide recommendations to increase the reach and engagement
